Pre-Purchase Building InspectionThe main purpose of having a pre-purchase building inspection conducted is to identify any significant defects visible at the time of inspection that may affect the buyer’s decision to purchase the property. Areas inspected during a pre-purchase inspection include: • Roof System External – The condition of roof materials,
flashings, valleys, gutters & down pipes. An estimate of costs is available on request of any repairs or defects identified during the inspection and engineers, electricians and plumbers can also be recommended on request. We can also arrange a Pest Inspection on your behalf with local licensed Pest Inspectors. The advantage of a combined building & pest inspection for the consumer is that you receive two inspections, two individual reports with the ease of only one phone call. We do everything for you from gaining access to the property, to emailing,
faxing and posting reports to your solicitor/conveyances or any other
concerned parties. |
